Oven-Ready Lasagne Sheets

Serving Suggestion:

Lasagne Bolognese With Ricotta & Tomatoes :

1 pkg. Giovanni RanaTM Oven Ready Lasagne Sheets
2 – 10 oz pkgs. Giovanni RanaTM Bolognese Sauce*
1 – 14.5 oz can diced or stewed tomatoes*
1 tsp butter
1 ½ cup Ricotta
1 cup + ½ cup grated Mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano

Grease a 9”x13” baking dish with butter. Combine Giovanni RanaTM Bolognese Sauce and diced tomatoes with juice.* Set aside. Combine ricotta, one cup of mozzarella, and Parmigiano Reggiano. Place two lasagne sheets side by side in baking dish. Spread about 1/4 of the Bolognese mixture over lasagne sheets and dot with 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Repeat step. Finally, spread the remaining Bolognese over top and dot with remaining cheese mixture. Cover lasagne with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella. Sprinkle with additional Parmigiano Reggiano if desired. Cover lasagne with aluminum foil and bake for 15 – 20 minutes. Remove aluminum foil for last 4-5 minutes to brown cheese if desired.
